Day 1: We will start the tour at the airport or your accommodation near Colombo and drive to Anuradhapura, where we will visit Mihintale, Kuttam Pokuna, Ruwanwelisaya, Jaya Sri Maha Bohi.

Day 2: after a night in Anuradhapura we will drive on to Trincomalee. You can spend the afternoon at one of the white sandy beaches before our cultural trip continues the next day.

Day 3: the next morning we will visit the two impressive Hindu temples Tirukoneswaram and Pathirakali Amman as well as Fort Frederik. In the evening we will drive to your accommodation in Polonnaruwa.

Day 4: the next day we will visit the ruined city, the monuments, statues and everything else this cultural place has to offer. In the evening we will head to Sigiriya.

Day 5: After a night spent close to the lion rock in Sigiriya we will get up early to climb it. On the same day we will also visit the cave temples in Dambulla. You will spend another night in the hotel in Sigiriya.

Day 6: we will drive on to Kandy. We will take you to the Temple of the Tooth and show you around the city before we will drive to your hotel in the evening.

Day 7: in the morning we will take off to Galle in the south with a stopover in Beruwela to admire the largest sitting Buddha statue in Sri Lanka (56m high). Around noon we will reach Galle.

Day 8: after some relaxing time at the beach and a night in your accommodation near Galle, we will drive to the well-preserved seaside fortress Galle Fort. Once we have shown you the cultural side of Galle Fort, you will have 2 hours left to explore the beautiful town by foot. 

End of the tour – we will take you to the airport or to your connecting hotel
